Amplify Growth is a sole trader business operated by Rebecca Allinson, 21a Glen Road, Eldwick, Bingley, BD16 3EU. By engaging Amplify Growth for any services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Amplify Growth provides paid advertising management, campaign setup, growth marketing consultancy and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be agreed in writing prior to work commencing.
Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Any advertising budget paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms is separate from Amplify Growth management fees. You are responsible for funding your own ad accounts. Amplify Growth does not handle client advertising budgets directly.
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets and information required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by failure to provide required materials may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Amplify Growth.
Any creative assets, copy or strategies produced by Amplify Growth remain the property of Amplify Growth until payment has been received in full, at which point they transfer to the client.
Amplify Growth will use reasonable skill and care in delivering all services. However, no specific results, revenue targets or return on ad spend figures are guaranteed. Paid advertising performance is subject to market conditions, platform changes and other factors outside of our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues after the working relationship ends.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Any fees due for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Amplify Growth's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profit or revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
