Priorities each week
Turn a long list of ideas into a short plan that fits your budget and what matters most right now.
Ongoing digital growth support
You get one point of contact and no agency layers: me. Most clients are founders and small teams without a marketing department.
What I can own
This is for businesses that want expert hands on the work without hiring several specialists or paying for account managers.

Meta and Google Search campaigns, creative and audiences, and the landing pages they send people to.
Improve the wording, layout and journey on your website and landing pages, then make the changes.
Campaigns, templates and automated flows in Klaviyo, Mailchimp and similar platforms, so customers hear from you after they sign up or buy.
GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up so you can see which ads and pages bring in customers.
I build websites and small products myself, so I can also advise on sign-up, onboarding and what happens after the click.
Retainer options
£350 per month
A day of my time each month on the things that matter most, such as pricing, website layout, bundles, ads or upsells. A good starting point for smaller brands.
From £1,500 per month
For one main area, such as your ads, with agreed priorities each month and regular check-ins. Exact capacity and deliverables are set out in a written proposal.
From £2,500 per month
Broader support across your ads, website, email and tracking, with closer access to me and set capacity each month.
Terms for monthly support and embedded partnerships: billed monthly in advance, normally with an initial three-month commitment so there is time to implement and learn. Capacity, response times and what is in scope are agreed in writing. Ad spend, software and other third-party costs are separate; unused capacity does not automatically roll over.
Client feedback“Having someone who has actually built and run an ecommerce business, who isn't afraid to challenge your thinking, is something I didn't realise I needed until I had it. She has become a real asset to the growth of Vigor Vitamins.”

A good fit
You have real customers or a live product, several things to fix at once, and want one person who can make decisions and do the work.
A retainer buys agreed capacity and ownership, not unlimited requests or emergency availability. Larger builds and materially new projects are scoped separately.
