The management fee scales with spend while the minimum covers the core work required to manage an account properly.

For new account setup, tracking repairs, audits or a defined launch where ongoing management is not yet the right fit.
Payment terms: management is billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform and software or creative production costs are separate. The initial scope confirms platforms, reporting and any recommended minimum period.
